Late Thursday evening around 2330hrs the BFC was alerted on the commercial building fire in the 5000blk of West Chester Pike, Edgmont Twp.  Truck 53 made the response and assisted Co. 64 with several transformer fires in close proximity to the strip malls.  This was the second Truck assist this evening, with the first occurring around 2030hrs in the 3900blk of Miller Road, Edgmont Twp.  for the burning odor in a commercial building.
