Company 53 was dispatched along with Marple EMS & Marple Police to a reporting motor vehicle accident w/fire in the area of S. Malin Road & Springfield Road.  Arriving units found a two vehicle accident at the intersection with no fire and a few minor injuries.  Fire crews assisted with fluid and debris clean-up while EMS tended to the injured persons.  Springfield Road traffic was diverted for a short time to clear the roadway.
