BFC Firefighters and Radnor Fire Co. were alerted to this MVC with entrapment on I-476 NB MM 10.3 during the morning hours.  First arriving crews encountered a heavily trapped driver who was struck by a falling tree from the side of the highway.  BFC and RFC crews worked diligently to remove the subject who was then transferred by EMS to an area trauma center.  I-476 was closed for several hours for the investigation and clean-up.
