Shortly after 5am the BFC along with mutual aid agencies were alerted for a house fire in the 300blk of Warren Blvd, Marple Twp.  Engine 53 arrived to find fire showing from the single family dwelling and went in service, while units from Brookline, Manoa, Bon Air, & Garretford-Drexel Hill (RIT) assisted.  The fire was placed under control in approx. 120 mins and all occupants escaped without injury.  MTPD & Delco CID are investigating and MTAC was on scene to provide EMS support.
