Shortly after noon, the BFC along with Marple EMS & Marple Police were alert of a vehicle accident with entrapment in the 2900blk of West Chester Pike, Marple Twp.  First arriving units found a sedan lost control striking the front of a pizza shop with the driver extricated prior to arrival of emergency services.   One subject was transported via EMS to a local hospital for minor injuries and Rescue 53 stood-by until the vehicle was removed by the towing company.  The building suffered minor damage and MTPD is investigating the cause of the accident.
